SEAFOOD - Monty's Frogmore Stew

1 pound smoked saugage cut into pieces

4 ears of corn, halved

8 small red potatoes

1 onion, sliced

1 pound cooked crawfish

2 tbsp salt

1 pk. Cajun Shrimp and Crab Boil

2 Tbsp lemon juice concentrate

3 pound large fresh or frozen shrimp, unpeeled

Half fill a large pot (5 quarts or more) with water. Add sausage, corn, potatoes, onion, shrimp-boil and salt. Bring to a boil and allow to cook for ten minutes. Add lemon juice, shrimp, and crawfish. Bring back to boil; then lower heat and simmer gently until shrimp turn pink (2 to 3 minutes). Drain and serve immediately.
