SEAFOOD - Daddy Bill's Fried Shrimp

Shrimp

Eggs, beaten

Bread crumbs (Old London, plain)

Oil

Clean the shrimp. Beat eggs (use one for every nine or ten shrimp). Put a few shrimp in a bowl with the beaten eggs, then place egg covered shrimp in a bowl with the bread crumbs and cover thoroughly. Place shrimp in pan with shallow oil. Turn once. Cook until coating is brown and shrimp are white throughout.
