PIE - Hazel's Pecan Pie

Pecan pies are truly a Southern dessert. The family's smiles brighten, eyes lighten up when Hazel brouth forth this dessert.

9 inch unbaked pie crust

1 cup light corn syrup

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3 eggs slightly beaten

1/3 cup butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vinilla

1 heaping cup peacans

Mix as you usually would for a pie. Heat oven to 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, until set in center.
