DESSERT - Ginny's Strawberry Parfait

1 package (3 oz) Jell-O, strawberry flavored

1 cup boiling water

1 cup cold water

1/2 cup sliced fresh or canned peaches

1/2 cup of sliced strawberries

1 cup prepared whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until thickened. Add fruits. Layer fruited gelatin in parfait glass with whipped topping, brginning and ending with gelatin mixture. Chill 2 hours. Garnish with more whipped topping or peach slices, if desired. Makes about 3 cups or 5 or 6 servings.
