CHICKEN PARMESAN - Debra's Chicken Parmesan

4 boneless chicken breasts

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons Worcestershire

1/2 cup bread crumbs

2 cans tomato sauce

2 teaspoons basil

1 egg beaten

1/4 stick butter

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Provolone or mozzarella cheese

Angel hair pasta

Dip chicken into beaten egg.

Lightly coat with bread crumbs.

Brown in oil, transfer to baking dish.

In sauce pan, combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, butter and basil. Simmer 20 minutes.

Pour sauce over chicken.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake covered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Remove cover, top with provolone or mozzarella cheese.

Serve over hot pasta (which is tossed with butter and basil).
