BAKED CHICKEN - Earline's Baked Chicken

This recipe is found with Earline's name in the Celebration Cookbook, Church of the Redeemer.

1 broiler size chicken, cut up. Place skin side up in shallow baking dish lined with Reveal Wrap, using enough to cover and wrap chicken. Spread chicken with mustard and wheat germ. Dot with a little butter, salt and pepper to tast. Cover with season salt. Sprinkle paprika over top and bake in 350 degree oven until done (1 to 1 1/2 hours). Let stand 15 minutes before unwrapping.
