BEANS - Cathy's Refried Mexican Beans

Start with generous portions of "Cathy's Pinto Beans" (previous recipe) about 3/4 to 1 cup per person.

Place about 2 tablesppon oil in a cold skillet.

Set on stove and heat on medium until oil is hot.

Add beans, stir and mash together until beans are hot and stick together.

Serve with Salsa

Complements any Mexican dish.
