1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons of fat free milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs, plain not seasoned.
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 jar, Newman's Own Marinara Sauce
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease a large shallow baking pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine egg and milk.
- In a Tupperware container that has a top, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, paprika and pepper. Shake.
- Cut chicken in bite size pieces.
- Dip chicken into egg mixture, coating well, and then place into the Tupperware container. Close lid and shake. Repeat with each piece of chickent.
- Place chicken pieces into baking pan, making sure the pieces do not touch.
- Coat tops of chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is done (170 degrees F for breast)
- Do not turn chicken pieces during baking
- Pour jar of Newman's Own marinara sauce into fondue pot and heat.
