Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp melted butter
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 medium unpeeled red potatoes, halved lengthwise
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Pour melted butter into a 13 x 9-inch dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatoes, cut sides down, on top of cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until tender.
