Southwestern Chicken Breasts - Maynard Pittendreigh
INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
2 teaspoon lime juice
1 to 4 chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS
1. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, chili powder, salt and paprika.
2. Rub over both sides of chicken.
3. Coat a skillet with cooking spray.
4. Brown chicken on both sides, drizzling with lime juice.
5. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until meat thermometer says done.
