QUICK,
EASY AND GREAT TASTING STEAK
This
is for those occasions when you don’t have a lot of time, or don’t want to
spend the time that other steak recipes take.
1.
Leave steaks out to bring to room temperature so
that the meat cooks evenly.
2.
Preheat the cast iron skillet on high heat for
five minutes.
3.
Pat your steaks dry and rub salt into the meat.
4.
Add a tablespoon of butter and put on the skillet
until it is melted.
5.
Sear the steaks on one side for 1 to 2 minute,
until it moves easily on the skillet.
6.
Flip and sear the other side for half a minute.
7.
Move and flip from time to time until the
internal temperature reaches desired level.
Note: This will be smoky, so have the fan turned
on, and keep the skillet cover handy to use if it becomes too thick.
