Cheese Biscuits


CHEESE BISCUITS

·        1 cup all-purpose flour
·        ¼ teaspoon salt
·        8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
·        1 cup, or 1 stick of cold margarine
Directions:
1.     Combine flour and salt in a bowl and stir to mix.
2.     Mix in the cheese and margarine, preferably in an electric mixer.
3.     On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
4.     Cut biscuits with 2 inch cutter.
5.     Place on ungreased baking sheet so that they are about an inch apart.
6.     At this point, they can be placed into the refrigerator overnight, or used immediately.
7.     To bake, preheat often to 450 degrees. 
8.     Bake for 7 to 8 minutes.
