1 cup flour
1/2 cup nuts (favorite kind)
1 stick of butter (a must)
Combine, press into 9 x 13 pan
Bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees

8 oz soften cream cheese
1 cup 10x sugar sifted
1 cup Cool Whip
Blend well and spread over layer 1

2 pk. instant choc. pudding mix
4 cups cold milk
Mix and spread over layer 2
(4)
Put rest of 12 oz carton cool whip on top, garnish with chocolate curles and cherries.
