Earline Pittendreigh
This recipe is found with Earline's name in the Celebration Cookbook, Church of the Redeemer.
Beat 1 egg and 3/4 cup of sugar until light
Sift in 2 tbsp flour, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
Add 1/2 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Bake in a buttered pie tin at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes.
Top with whipped cream.
Serves 4.
