CAKE - Pina Colada Coconut Cake

This is similar to the previous Coconut Cake, but with some differences that make it unique.

1 Duncan Hines White Cake mix. Bake following directions on box but add 1 whole egg.

Blend 1 Pina-Colada drink mix with 1 can of Eagle Brand milk, mix in blender until like milk. Pour over cake while still warm. Follow directions on "Betty Crocker Boiled Frosting" mix. Add shredded coconut

and frost cake. Sprinkle additional coconut over cake for decoration.
