PIE - Sylvia's Coconut Pecan Filling

1 12oz can evaporated milk

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 sticks butter

4 egg yokes slightly beaten

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1 7oz pkg. "Bakers Angel Fluff Coconut"

1 1/2 cups pecans

Mix milk, sugar, egg yoke, and vanilla in large saucepan.

Cook and stir on medium heat about 12 minutes or until thicken and golden brown. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and pecans. Beat until cool and spreading consistency.
