PIE - Helen's Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie

5 cups Rhubarb cooked (cool)

add:

11/4 to 2 cups sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

2 cups fresh strawberrys

Mix thoroughly pour into pie shell and bake in oven 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve cold
