1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
1 small egg
1 pkg. Martha White Bixmix
1 pkg. Martha White spud flakes
Cream together butter, sugar, flavoring, add egg, blend well, stir in bixmix and spud flakes. Cover and chill 1 hour. Heat oven 378 degrees. Place ball of dough the size if a marble 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Cook 10-12 min.
