OMELET - Kirk's Ham and Cheese Omelet

2 eggs

1 half slice of ham from a pack of luncheon meat ham

1 slice of American cheese

Bacon bits

Salt and pepper

1. Beat 2 eggs.

2. Spray skillet with Pam and preheat.

3. Pour eggs onto skillet and let it begin to cook on low heat.

4. Tear bits of the ham and place onto eggs.

5. Tear strips of cheese and place onto eggs.

6. Sprinkle with bacon bits.

7. When almost done, fold in half.

8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
