MAC'S CRAB MEAT STUFFED MUSHROOMS

  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoons tarragon
  • 1/2 tablespoons basil
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat. (we like Crown Prince Brand)
  • pepper
  • lemon
  • About 12 large mushrooms for stuffing.

Mix all ingredients together. Wash mushrooms and break out mushroom stems. You can finely chop up the stems and add to the ingredients if the mushrooms cavities are large or throw away the stems.

Stuff the crab meat mixture into the mushroom cavities and bake in oven on 300 degrees until the Crab meat mixture is light brown and the mushrooms are tender.
