LAMB - Mac's Grilled Lamb Chops

Serve about 2 lamb chops per person.

Crush all herbs and press into lamb chops:

· Thyme

· Basil

· Tarragon

Sprinkle about a tablespoon full of each into hand and crush and mix together with fingers. Press in meat.

Cook on grill low heat until lamb is pink in center.
