GINNY'S AGED TEA

This method of making iced tea comes from Chuck Bryant of Ware Shoals, SC, a friend of Ginny and Maynard's.

Brew the tea in the afternoon, using 2 or 3 small Teatley Tea Bags in about 4 cups of water.

Add a pinch of baking soda and steep all night. This makes a very strong tea.

The next morning, add 2 cups of sugar and add enough water to make a gallon.
