Maynard Pittendreigh
While in college, Maynard worked at a seafood restaurant, Cedric's Fish and Chips. The chicken recipe was simple and easy.
Salt
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons pepper
chicken
The chicken pieces need to be placed in a large bowl of water and salt. Put the bowl in the refrigerator over night.
1. Combine in a bowl the flour and pepper.
