DESSERT - Florence Popcorn Cake

According to Florence this recipe is a really good one! She says, "you can use it for all holidays, just change the color of the M&M's.

1 Stick of Margerine

1/4 cup of oil

16 oz. Marshmallows

Popcorn

1 cup peanuts

16 oz of M & M candy

Pop enough popcorn to fill a Bundt or Tube pan (remove the un-popped kernels). Melt over low heat the margarine, oil, and marshmallows; stirring constantly. Stir in popcorn and peanuts and mix well. Stir in M&M's. (Stir as little as possible after the M&M's are in to avoid cracking them). Press mixture into greased Bundt or Tube pan. Let cool. Dump out. If cake sticks to pan, run hot water in the sink and put pan in for a few seconds. It should slide out easily.
