DADDY BILL'S SHRIMP DIP FROM BLAZER'S

Blazer's is a restaurant on the bank of Lake Greenwood in South Carolina. It has been there as long as the Pittendreigh's can remember. When you go in, you are always seated at a table containing a small bowl of this dip and saltine crackers.

1 cup cream cheese

2 cups grated extra sharp cheese

2 cups of dried boild shrimp, chopped fine

1 teaspoon onion salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Mayonaise

Mix and add enough mayonaise to make spreadable.

Refridgerate overnight.
