Cathy admits that she stole this recipe from someone, but she says she and Mac "stole it from someone so long ago we forgot who it was." Of course, isn't that the source with most of our favorite recipes?
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 pkg. Knorr Veg. Soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 round loaf of Hawaiian bread
Thaw out spinach and squeeze until all water is drained out.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Pull middle of loaf of Hawaiian bread out and break into small chunks, then set aside.
Place mixture in the center of Hawaiian bread where the middle was removed. Use the bread that was remover to dip with.
