CASSEROLE - Ginny's Brocolli or Squash Casserole

This recipe comes from the Calhoun Falls Presbyterian Church in South Carolina. While it was originally a brocolli dish, you can easily substitute it with squash.

2 frozen brocoli packages (10 ounces)

1/2 stick of margerine

1 cup mayonaise

1 cup mushroom soup

2 eggs

1 cup of cheese

1 small onion

bread crumbs

1. Cook broccoli according to package

2. drain, leaving a small amount of water, return to pot.

3. Add margerine. Melt. Beat two eggs and add.

4. Add cheese. Melt. Add mayonaise, soup. Stir.

5. Pour into casserole. Put crumbs on top.

6. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes (until it stops shaking in middle)
