BISCUITS - Maynard Cheddar Bay Biscuits

  • 2 cups reduced fat Bixquick mix
  • 3/4 cup low fat butter milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  1. Combine the baking mix, milk, cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  2. Mix by hand.
  3. With a large spoon scoop up about 3 tablespoons of dough and place the mix onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the butter and garlic and place in microwave for about 30 seconds.
  6. Brush the baked biscuits with the butter/garlic spread.
