BAKED CHICKEN - Comer Family Poppy Seed Chicken

Mary Leslie Comer says that "Poppy Seed Chicken has been a Sunday lunch favorite in our house for many years. Not only has it been one of the most requested meals within our family, but has also been one of the most requested recipes by all who get the pleasure of a taste!"

Cut up 3 or 4 cups of cooked chicken

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1/2 pint of sour cream

2 teaspoon poppy seeds

11/2 sticks margarine

1 roll Ritz crackers

Place cut up chicken in large casserole. Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter and poppy seeds. Spread over top. Bake uncovered. 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
