This came from a Heloise newspaper column.
- Choose a regular cake mix (lemon is good).
- Add only 2 eggs and 1/2 cup vegetable cooking oil and nothing else.
- Mix until blended.
- Be sure to scrape the bowl well.
- Using a teaspoon, drop spoonfuls of batter on an ungreased cookie sheet about two inces apart.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes (less if the cookie sheet is dark)
