SLOW COOKER - Pork Roast

Ingredients

2 pound pork loin roast
1/4 tablespoon pepper
1 cup apple cider
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1/2 cup dried cherries

1. Take the roast and place in a pan. Brown on all sides - this will take only a couple of minutes.
2. Pour one cup of apple cider into the slow cooker.
3. Add the dried cherries in the slow cooker.
4. Add the rosemary in the slow cooker.
5. Place the roast in the slow cooker, sprinkle with pepper.
6. Cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours.

When the meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F, slice the meat, place on a serving plate, pour a little of the liquid from the pot (minus the dried cherries) on top of the slices.
