Laughing Cow Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp plain light soy milk
  • 3 oz fat-free cheddar
  • 2 wedges Laughing Cow Light
  • 2 slices reduced-fat Swiss, torn
  • 2 tbsp fat-free cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • Sash salt

Method

Bring a saucepan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-low heat, add garlic, and cook 1 minute. Add soy milk, cheeses, and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously until cheese has melted and sauce is mixed thoroughly. Reduce heat to low and add wine. Stir until combined. Transfer to fondue pot and continue to heat on low.

About 160 calories per serving, not including the bread.
