Cookies - Cakemix

I found this from an undated newspaper clipping that was in the home of Alberta Enzor - it comes from a Helpful Heloise newspaper column.

Choose a regular cake mix (we bought a lemon cake mix the first time we did this). Add only 2 eggs and ½ cup of vegetable cooking oil and nothing else. If you want, however, you can add raisins, nuts or coconut.

Mix until blended. Be sure to scrape the bowl well. Using a teaspoon, drop spoonfuls of batter on an un-greased cookie sheet about two inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Less if the cookie sheet is dark.
