CRISPY AIR FRIED CHICKEN

 CRISPY AIR FIRED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

2  large breasts
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion power
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F.

2. Place chicken in a large bowl and pat the chicken dry.

3. Place the 2 teaspoons of olive oil into bowl and mix with the chicken so that the chicken is well coated.

4. Mix all of the dry ingredients together - the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and brown sugar.Toss well so that the seasoning is evenly coating the chicken.

5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.  I would also suggest that a layer of foil cover the pan so that it is easier to  clean after cooking.

6. Cook 15 minutes, then flip the chicken.  

7.  Cook until the chicken is done.
