Ginny's Killer Honey Butter
Ginny found this recipe in a book she was reading - a murder mystery!
1/2 cup of softened butter (1 stick)
1 Tablespoon of butter
Soften the butter and place it in a small mixing bowl.
Add the honey and stir until well blended.
Scrape the mixture into a small serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refridgerate.
It is best to make a double batch if serving guests.
