Pork Tenderloin with Honey Garlic Sauce

 This is a recipe that Maynard developed for the Tuesday Family Dinners when Ryan, Ayesha and John would join Maynard and Ginny for a meal.


Ingredients for the sauce.

  • 3 tbsp white vinegar 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, light or all purpose, or coco amino 
  • 1/2 cup honey
  •  
  •  
  • Mix the ingredients of the sauce and set aside.
  • Take two tenderloin pork roasts.
  • Dry with a paper towel.
  • Apply a rub to the pork.
  • Add two tablespoons of olive oil to cast iron skillet.
  • Heat.
  • Add pork loin and sear on both sides. 
  • Add sauce out 15 minute, or until it is just sort of being rare.
  • Remove roast and rest.
  • Slice.
  • Place the cast iron skillet onto the stove and heat the sauce that is in the skillet.
  • Add the slices and cook for a minute or two.
  • Serve roast slices and sauce in a bowl.
