This is a recipe that Maynard developed for the Tuesday Family Dinners when Ryan, Ayesha and John would join Maynard and Ginny for a meal.
Ingredients for the sauce.
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, light or all purpose, or coco amino
- 1/2 cup honey
- Mix the ingredients of the sauce and set aside.
- Take two tenderloin pork roasts.
- Dry with a paper towel.
- Apply a rub to the pork.
- Add two tablespoons of olive oil to cast iron skillet.
- Heat.
- Add pork loin and sear on both sides.
- Add sauce out 15 minute, or until it is just sort of being rare.
- Remove roast and rest.
- Slice.
- Place the cast iron skillet onto the stove and heat the sauce that is in the skillet.
- Add the slices and cook for a minute or two.
- Serve roast slices and sauce in a bowl.
