BAKED KFC FRIED CHICKEN


BAKED KFC FRIED CHICKEN

·        ½ teaspoon salt

·        1 teaspoon Morton’s Season All

·        ¾ teaspoon black pepper

·        1 cup flour

·        Chicken pieces

·        2 teaspoons Paprika

·        ½ stick butter

·        Milk, buttermilk or water

1.     Place chicken in buttermilk, milk or water for a few hours.

2.     When ready to make, preheat oven to 400 degrees.

3.     Cut ½ stick butter into a few pieces and place in a pan or iron skillet. Melt in oven.

4.     Shake off excess milk or water from chicken. 

5.     Coat each piece of chicken with the flour and seasoning mix (best to put this in a zip lock bag or a Tupperware container and shake.

6.     Take the pan and move and tilt until the butter covers the bottom.  Spray with oil if necessary to cover bottom of pan or skillet.

7.     Place chicken on the pan or skillet.

8.     Cook for 20 minutes, turn the chicken, and cook for another 20 minutes or until done.
