Roasted Potato Slices

Baked French Fries don't brown evenly on every side, so instead, cut the potato in disk-like slices of about 1/4 inch thickness rather than long, thin traditional shapes.

1. Place cut up potatoes in a bowl and zap in the microwave for 5 minutes.
2. Place single layer in a pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
3. Spray the top of the layer of potatoes with Pam.
4. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.

You may have to flip each potato over for even browning, but not likely.

You can skip the microwave and cook for longer, if desired.
