1. Preparation:
Cut the chicken into small boneless 1 or 2 inch nuggets.
Cut the beef into small strips of about the same size.
Clean shrimp leaving no shell.
Cut zuccinni long ways into quarter strips.
2. Spray fry pan with Pam, then add chicken and zuccinni. Pour on teryaki.
3. When chicken has begun to whiten on one side, add beef.
4. When beef has browned on one side, add shrimp.
5. Stir the mixture constantly throughout steps 2 through 4.
Can be served on a bed of rice or noodles. Best served with fried rice.
