STEAK - Mac's Steak Mexicana

Mac says this is another recipe from Nano Rodquiez.

One T-bone steak per serving.

Rub each steak with Accent or Adolph's Meat tenderizer. Set aside 20-30 min.

In an electric fry pan add enough oil so steaks will not stick ant start cooking on about 300-350 degrees.

Sprinkle each steak generously with "Fiesta Brand" steak seasoning or "Tony Crachere's Creole Seasoning" Cover with Salsa cook until steak reaches desired doneness.

Serve this dish with Mexican Rice, Beans, and corn or flour tortillias.
