SANDWICH - John's Sub

This recipe comes from Nick Malantonio, one of John's best friends while he was living in Tennessee in the 1990's. Nick came to Tennessee from Philadelphia. He lived with his grandmother, an Italian who loved to cook for Nick and his friends, all of whom called her Mawmom. It's a pity John didn't get the recipe for Mawmom's lasagna.

1/4 cup light olive oil

3 slices of provolone cheese

3 slices of American cheese

3 slices of ham

3 slices of pastromi

3 tomato slices

one small sub roll

Place ham onto bread, followed American cheese, then pastromi, then American cheese, then oil, and finally tomato slices.
