ROAST BEEF - Maynard's Prime Rib Roast

Preheat oven to 550 degrees.

Cover the bottom of a pan with lots of aluminum foil. Place the roast in the foil, fat side up.

Sprinkle the fat side with pepper and ground beef bouleon.

Close the aluminum foil around the roast so it is completely wrapped.

Place in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350 degrees.

Cook until rare or medium rare according to meat thermometer.

Remove from oven and allow to continue cooking while still wrapped in foil.
