PANCAKES - Maynard's Pancakes

Maynard Pittendreigh

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 egg

1 1/2 cups buttermilk

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup cooking oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

Spray skillet with Pam.

Preheat over medium heat.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pour onto skillet.

When the batter has produced bubbles throughout and have started to brown on the edges, flip the pancake over.
