GINNY'S LIME PINEAPPLE SALAD

Ginny got this recipe from Gelisa Davis, who was a close friend of Ginny and Maynard and a classmate of theirs at Erskine College.

(Serves 12)

1 small package of Lime Jello

2 cups water and pineapple juice

1 small can crushed pineapple

1 3-ounce pkg. cream cheese

16 large marshmellows

1 cup chopped pecan nuts.

Drain pinepapple, add water to make one cup. boil, add marshmellows and Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and chill until partially set. Soften cream cheese, stir in pineapple and chopped nuts. Add Jello mixture and refridgerate overnight.
