EARLINE'S ORANGE SALAD

Earline Pittendreigh

1 6-oz. box jello

1 16-oz. can frozen orange juice

2 cups hot water

2 cans mandarin oranges-drained

1 1-pound can crushed pineapple drained

Mix gelatin with hot water, stir in undiluted orange juice. Cool.

Add oranges and pineapple to gelatin mixture. Pour in 11 x 13 dish and congeal.
