This is a recipe for a bread machine.
1 1/2 teaspoon of dry yeast
1 3/4 cups bread flour
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sweet butter
1 medium egg
1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon warm water
1. Put dry yeast in machine.
2. Add all ingredients, pouring the water in last.
3. Press the select button for light.
4. Start the machine.
