The Saint Raphael's Episcopal Church on Ft Myers Beach, FL, uses this recipe for fund raising activities. They have often helped the Chapel by the Sea whenever we hosted large events - Maynard Pittendreigh
Small and large version:
4 or 20 pounds of boiled shrimp
1 or 5 cups of celery
3/4 and 1 Tablespoon or 4 cups of sweet pickle relish, drained
pinch or 1/2 cup of salt
pinch or 1/4 cup of pepper
6.5 ounces or 1/2 quart salad dressing, not mayonnaise
Mix all together and spread onto a hamburger bun
