Alberta Enzor's Corn on the Cob

The best corn is straight from the field and into the boiling water. If it is not straight from the field, add a pinch of sugar to the boiling water.

Have the water boiling, then drop the corn into the water. Cover the pot and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot, allowing the guests to butter and to salt and pepper to individual tastes.
