This is similar to Boston Market’s macaroni and cheese.
4 tablespoons, or ½ stick of butter, melted
¼ cup of all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
4 ounces of American Cheese, cubed
¼ cup cubed Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
4 ounces of semolina rotoni pasta, cooked al dente
- Preheat oven to 400 degree F
- In a cooking dish, mix butter and flour, cook for 2 minutes
- Slowly stir in milk
- Stir in cheeses, salt and pepper.
- Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Stir in prepared macaroni.
- Back for 20 minutes
Serves 4
