Creamy Boston Market Style Macaroni and Cheese


This is similar to Boston Market’s macaroni and cheese.

4 tablespoons, or ½ stick of butter, melted

¼ cup of all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

4 ounces of American Cheese, cubed

¼ cup cubed Cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon salt

Pinch of pepper

4 ounces of semolina rotoni pasta, cooked al dente

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F
  2. In a cooking dish, mix butter and flour, cook for 2 minutes
  3. Slowly stir in milk
  4. Stir in cheeses, salt and pepper.
  5. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Stir in prepared macaroni.
  7. Back for 20 minutes

Serves 4
